What if I am not home when you visit?+
That is completely fine. Most of our customers are out at work. As long as we can get to your garden (a gate code, key safe, or unlocked side gate is plenty), we will sort everything and message you the moment we are done.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
Light rain or wind does not stop us, your garden still needs care. If the weather is genuinely unsafe, we will pop you a message and come the very next dry morning.
Can I pause or skip a visit?+
Of course. Just let us know 24 hours before your visit and we will skip it with no fuss. Going on holiday? We can pause your schedule for as long as you need.
Are you safe around dogs?+
Yes. Our team is dog friendly, calm, and used to working around all sizes and temperaments. If your pup needs to be inside while we work, just let us know in your booking notes.
How does pricing work?+
You tell us how many dogs you have and the size of your garden. We give you the price up front, before you book. No surprises and no hidden fees, ever.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?+
Not really. Make sure the gate is accessible and that is it. We bring everything we need, including our own bags, gloves, and sanitiser.
